Heart of The Lakes is a friendly, family-run business, based in Ambleside & Keswick. With over 30 years experience to our name, we are the Lake District's oldest established holiday cottage agency.

It's often the little extras that make all the difference to your holiday and for your added enjoyment, we provide free leisure club membership with all our properties.

As a small, family firm, we pride ourselves on offering a more personal service. We specialise in excellent value cottages, all situated within the most beautiful parts of the Lake District National Park, an area we know intimately well.

Whichever cottage you choose, you can be sure of the highest standards. All our properties are inspected and graded, while Underscar has won the Cumbria for Excellence award and Excellence in England Gold award for Self Catering Holiday of the Year.

We're open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays, and some Sundays 10am to 4pm. Come and say hello!
